Here’s a new Saskatoon purveyor of yummy eats. Shane Trottier smokes everything from elk tenderloin to aged cheddar to our duck breast pictured here. Shane’s pedigree includes Amigo’s and a decade stint as Chef at Calories Restaurant. Though you cannot order directly from Shane, feel free to talk to Kristen, Megan or I about getting something smoked by Shane. We will hook you up!
